Quick Home-made Pickled Onions

Pickled veggies are a great way to preserve food and make it last longer. They are easy to store and can be used in so many different ways. You can basically pickle any kind of veggie you like! We love to keep a jar of pickled onions in our fridge to use as a fresh and delicious topping on salads, sandwiches, veggie bowls or burgers.

The pickling process is also a lot faster than you might think. Our quick and easy home-made pickled onion recipe takes only about 40 minutes until done and ready to eat. The secret is mixing the pickle-mixture with the onions after bringing the mixture to a boil. That really does the trick and reduces the waiting time enormously.

Our pickled onions should be stored in a fridge and will stay good up to one month if using clean utensils. We hope you love our pickled onions as much as we do!
