Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

We are so excited to share our all-time favorite vegan pancake recipe with you! 💛 An absolute classic!

These American-style pancakes are absolutely delicious, super fluffy, and refined-sugar free. The perfect special breakfast for your Sunday morning! They are also super easy and quick to make, ready in just 15 minutes. You could even make them completely sugar-free by leaving out the brown sugar in the batter and top them off with fruits only.

We love to eat these pancakes with berries and maple syrup! But you can really get creative here and eat them with anything you want. Basically, all kinds of fruits go great with this recipe!

Did you know that food photographers don't actually use maple syrup on the pictures? Most of the time they use motor oil because, in contrast to the syrup, motor oil can not be absorbed by the pancake and therefore gives you more time to take your pictures. However, or pictures were created with actual maple syrup. The clear upside of it is, that we can literally eat our pictures. Yum!
